Confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation

KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your registration form and registration fee. Please bring along these receipts for presentation at the registration desk on your arrival. All receipts and confirmations for early registrations will be sent in mid-August 2008.

Cancellation refund policy

Cancelling must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet. In case of cancellation no later than 30 June 2008 the full amount less a cancellation fee of DKK 350 will be refunded. In case of cancellation between 1 July 2008 and 15 August 2008, the cancellation fee will be DKK 750, and after 15 August no refund will be made.

Refund claims must include name of the bank, bank address, IBAN, S.w.i.f.t. code, account number and name of the account owner for money transfers. Processing of refunds will not take place until late September.
